March Reads from Lökwest
Today we built a bot! (a Facebook message bot that is) If you visit our Facebook Page and send us a message, you'll get a handy menu of common questions that people ask us. It's still in it's infancy.
This bot isn't self-learning, and is a basic start. If you ask it a few silly questions, we just may "train" it with snarky answers!
Give it a shot, because more and more business are using "bots" to communicate with customers. Think about what you most want out of a website - a phone number, hours, pricing? Why search for it when you can ask in a chat?
In the meantime, on to some of last month's news highlights. We had some security scares, remembered a technology pioneer, and found a few tips along the way. Coming yet this year, the Samsung S8 and iPhone 8. Rumors still abound.
Have a Happy March!
Don't forget to turn forward your clocks on March 12. Speaking of which, it may just be time to change those passwords.....
